Transformers One Character Posters

Below are four character posters released as part of the trailer for Transformers One. The posters focus on the four main cast members of Orion Pax (Chris Hemsworth), D-16 (Brian Tyree Henry), Elita (Scarlett Johansson), and Bumblebee (Keegan-Michael Key). The movie hits theaters on September 20, 2024. The time frame the movie covers is the friendship of Orion and D but its not clear if it goes into them becoming Optimus Prime and Megatron. If it does, I hope producers and director have those voices performed by their legendary voice actors Peter Cullen and Frank Welker. Thanks to Feris O. for the heads-up.

Transformers One Official Trailer, Poster

After an hour flight to 125,000 feet above the Earth in space, the first trailer for Transformers One is out. The animated movie is set on Cybertron before the rise of Optimus Prime and Megatron, before the civil war that ravages the planet, and shows the friendship between the two had before becoming enemies. From looking at the trailer, it does appear this is set well before the events that lead to the TF civil war so seems they are building in room for potential sequels. 

The voice cast is Chris Hemsworth (Orion Pax), Brian Tyree Henry (D-16), Scarlett Johansson (Elita), Keegan-Michael Key (Bumbleebee), John Hamm (Sentinel Prime), and Laurence Fishburne (Alpha Trion). The movie hits theaters on September 20, 2024. The release date got bumped a week so can screen on IMAX screens.

Transformers One Trailer Launch In Space Stream

Available now is the live stream page for the Transformers One trailer launch. The over all plan, subject to delays, is around 9am ET a rocket will be launched. It will take about an hour to reach its peak height at 125,000 feet above the Earth, which will result in the trailer being released with an introduction from Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry.

Transformers One Trailer To Debut April 18 From Space

Paramount has decided to take a rather novel approach to releasing the trailer for the animated movie Transformers One. As Chris Hemsworth (Orion Pax) and Brian Tyree Henry (D-16 who becomes Megatron) explain, the trailer will be launched from space. The livestream/craft launch date is set for Thursday, April 18 at 9:00am EST/6:00am PST.

ABOUT THE TRANSFORMERS ONE TRAILER LAUNCH

The first trailer for TRANSFORMERS ONE is debuting like no movie trailer ever has: In Space! 

 

This long-awaited origin story of how the most iconic characters in the TRANSFORMERS universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from brothers-in-arms to become sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron, will debut its trailer on Thursday, April 18th. The launch kicks off at 6am PT with a live-streamed countdown showing the journey into space. 

 

After one hour, the craft will reach its peak at 125,000 feet above the Earth, revealing the trailer with a custom introduction video from our stars: Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry. The event will be streamed from @TransformersMovie social accounts, The Paramount Pictures YouTube channel and co-streamed by Chris Hemsworth on Instagram.
